The incredibly idyllic terrace is 100 sqm large and has a great view over the old town and the bay of Cannes due to its southern exposure. Utilizing the sun awning the terrace is like an extra room. Enjoy the breathtaking view of Cannes while dining & relaxing. Our lounge chairs will lure you into taking a sun bath. The balkony is accessible throughout the entire apartment.

The living room integrates a fully equipped open kitchen with a microwave, espresso machine and a dishwasher plus all the necessary kitchen appliances. Of course TV and Wifi are included and you are even able to watch foreign channels. From the lounge sofa you‘ll be able to enjoy a non-paralleled view over the terrace and serves as an additional bed for 2 people.
Next to the living room you‘ll find a maisonette room with a glass gallery and a dining room. At the gallery is our main box spring bed (size: 1.4×2.0 meters).
The spacious bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, hair dryer and an assortment of hair styling devices compliment the luxury of this appartment. Naturally bedclothes, towels and beach towels are available for you.
